Healthy pizza with a yogurt base & whole wheat flour – a light and delicious yeast-free option, ready in minutes!

Ingredients (1 pizza = 2 servings):


For the dough:

120 g wholemeal flour

100 g strained yogurt (2% or sheep's milk)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1/2 tsp oregano (optional)


For the coating:

3 tbsp tomato sauce

100g cottage cheese

40 g light kasseri (or mozzarella)

4–5 slices of mushrooms

4–5 slices of pepper

2–3 sliced olives (optional)

Oregano, pepper



Execution instructions:


  1. Make the dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt. Knead until you have a soft, elastic dough. If it is too sticky, add 1 tbsp. more flour.


  2. Roll out the dough with your hands or a rolling pin on parchment paper, in the shape of a pizza (diameter approximately 22–24 cm).


  3. Spread the sauce and add all the topping ingredients.


  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–18 minutes, until the base is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
