- 02Yes. The possibility of an online session via video call and electronic support is provided, maintaining exactly the same quality of service as the in-person session, by strictly following specific instructions.
- 03The cost of the session is determined based on the personalized plan required, depending on the nutritional needs and requirements of the nutrition program.
- 04The first session lasts approximately 50-60 minutes and includes a detailed history taking, assessment of habits, goals and biometric data, in order to create a fully personalized nutritional plan.
- 05If you have recent blood or biochemical tests, it is recommended that you provide them, as they offer important information for personalizing your nutritional strategy based on scientific criteria, otherwise the Dietitian will guide you on exactly what you need to do.
- 06The frequency of reassessments depends on the goal, level of commitment, and organizational adjustments.
- 07My office is open to everyone: professional and amateur athletes, people who exercise occasionally, and people who don't exercise at all. My expertise in sports nutrition enriches my approach, but my philosophy is to offer scientific guidance to any individual who wishes to improve their health, body composition, or relationship with nutrition.
- 08Yes, people with clinical health problems (e.g. hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, gastrointestinal syndromes, autoimmune diseases, cancer, etc.) are also regularly monitored, with scientific documentation and in consultation – where necessary – with the treating physician.
- 09Yes. There is the possibility of communication via email for clarifications or modifications, while for those who wish, access to an application (app or web-based) for monitoring and feedback will also be provided.
