Healthy Brownies with banana & cocoa
Healthy Brownies with Banana & Cocoa – a juicy and chocolatey sugar-free dessert, ideal for guilt-free enjoyment.

Ingredients (for 6 pieces):
2 ripe bananas (about 200 g net weight)
2 eggs or 2 tbsp. flaxseed + 6 tbsp. water, mixed and soaked 10 minutes
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
(optional) 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup if you want extra sweetness
(optional) a few drops of 70% chocolate or nuts
Execution instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mash the bananas with a fork until they become puree.
Add the eggs or flaxseed, peanut butter, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well with a wire whisk or hand mixer.
Pour the mixture into a small baking pan (15x15 cm) lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean but is still wet in the center).
Let them cool completely before cutting them into 6 square pieces.
