Chocolate dessert with avocado & cocoa

Chocolate dessert with avocado & cocoa – a healthy, creamy, sugar-free treat, full of flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients (2 servings):


1 ripe avocado (about 150 g net weight)

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (or a little more if you want it sweeter)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

1–2 tbsp plant-based milk (only if needed for texture)



Execution instructions:


  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it becomes a velvety cream.


  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or texture if needed.


  3. Serve in a bowl and leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.


  4. If you want, top with some grated hazelnuts or 1 slice of banana.
