"Glow Up" Smoothie with Strawberry, Oats & Peanut Butter – a creamy and filling option for energy and glow all day long.

Ingredients (1 serving ~ 350 ml):


150 g frozen or fresh strawberries

2 tbsp. oat flakes

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 banana

200 ml plant-based milk (oat or coconut)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey (optional)



Tips for all smoothies:


  1. If the fruit is fresh, add 2–3 ice cubes for a cooler texture.


  2. You can add 1 tsp. flaxseed or nutritional yeast for a boost in Omega 3/vitamins.


  3. If you want to make it a breakfast meal, add 1–2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
