"Antiox Boost" Smoothie with blueberries & almond butter – a nutritious drink full of antioxidants and natural energy.

Ingredients (1 serving ~ 350 ml):


1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

100 g frozen blueberries or mixed berries

1 tbsp almond butter

200 ml plant-based milk (almond or oat)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)



Tips for all smoothies:


  1. If the fruit is fresh, add 2–3 ice cubes for a cooler texture.


  2. You can add 1 tsp. flaxseed or nutritional yeast for a boost in Omega 3/vitamins.


  3. If you want to make it a breakfast meal, add 1–2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
