Protein pancakes

Fluffy protein pancakes, sugar-free, delicious and ideal for a strong start to the day.

Ingredients (for 1–2 servings / 4–5 pancakes) :


2 eggs

100 g strained yogurt (e.g. sheep's or 2%)

40 g oat flakes

1 banana (ripe)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil (for frying)



Execution instructions:


  1. Put all ingredients (except the oil) in a blender or multi and blend until smooth.


  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.


  3. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and firm.


  4. Serve with yogurt, fresh fruit, peanut butter or whatever else you like.
