Ingredients (2 servings):
3 very ripe bananas (frozen in slices)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1–2 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional, depending on the sweetness of the banana)
Execution instructions:
Cut the bananas into slices and freeze them for at least 6 hours or from the night before.
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until you get a creamy "ice cream" (you may need to stop and stir with a spoon).
Serve immediately for a soft serve texture or freeze for 1 hour for a harder result.
