Banana ice cream with peanut butter and cocoa – a refreshing and delicious sugar-free dessert, ideal for a healthy treat.

Ingredients (2 servings):


3 very ripe bananas (frozen in slices)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1–2 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional, depending on the sweetness of the banana)



Execution instructions:


  1. Cut the bananas into slices and freeze them for at least 6 hours or from the night before.


  2. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until you get a creamy "ice cream" (you may need to stop and stir with a spoon).


  3. Serve immediately for a soft serve texture or freeze for 1 hour for a harder result.
