Strawberry ice cream with hazelnut butter and oat milk – a refreshing, creamy and 100% plant-based guilt-free treat.

Ingredients (2 servings):


250 g frozen strawberries

2 tbsp hazelnut butter

60 ml plant-based milk (oat, almond or coconut)

1–2 tsp agave syrup or honey

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Lemon zest (optional for extra freshness)



Execution instructions:


  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until you get a frozen, creamy texture.


  2. If it's too thick, add a little extra milk.


  3. Enjoy immediately or put it in a bowl and leave it in the freezer for 1–1.5 hours.
