Lentil burgers in the oven
Baked lentil burgers, vegetarian, delicious and rich in protein and nutritional balance!

Ingredients:
200 g thin lentils
1 small onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
3–4 tbsp. oat flakes
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
(Optional) 1 tbsp nutritional yeast or lemon juice for more flavor
Execution instructions:
Boil the lentils for 20–25 minutes until tender, but not mushy. Drain well.
Sauté the onion, carrot and garlic with a little olive oil until soft.
In a large bowl or food processor, add the lentils, sautéed vegetables, oat flakes, spices, parsley, and a little salt and pepper.
Beat or stir the mixture well until it is smooth and pliable. If necessary, add a little more oats or water.
Shape 6–8 burgers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 25 minutes, turning them halfway through to brown on both sides.
