Protein bars with berries and cottage cheese (no baking)

Protein bars with berries and cottage cheese, refreshing, nutritious and no-bake, ideal for snacks.

Ingredients (for 8 bars):


100 g oat flakes

150 g cottage cheese (drained well)

80 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen, drained)

1 medium banana, mashed

2 tbsp peanut butter or tahini

1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want a sweeter taste)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch of salt



Execution instructions:


  1. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.


  2. Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, and berries. Stir gently with a spoon so the fruit doesn't melt.


  3. Spread the mixture on a small baking sheet lined with non-stick paper and press it down well with a spoon or spatula.


  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm (ideally overnight).


  5. Cut into 8 bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
