Cereal bars with tahini, coconut and molasses
Cereal bars with tahini, coconut and molasses, a nutritious sugar-free snack, rich in good fats.

Ingredients (for 8 bars):
100 g oat flakes
80 g tahini
50 g molasses (black or pomegranate)
30 g grated coconut (plus extra for topping)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
(optional) 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseed
Execution instructions:
Heat the tahini and molasses in a saucepan over low heat until they liquefy and combine.
In a bowl, add the oats, coconut, cinnamon, salt (and seeds, if using).
Pour the hot tahini mixture over the solids and mix well until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it down to spread it out well.
Sprinkle some extra coconut on top and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
Cut into 8 equal bars.
