Protein cake with cottage cheese and banana
Protein cake with cottage cheese and banana, sugar-free, healthy, fluffy and ideal for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients (for 1 small pan or 8 pieces):
200 g cottage cheese (drained well)
2 eggs
2 medium ripe bananas
60 g oat flakes or oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch of salt
Execution instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the bananas, eggs, and cottage cheese in the blender and blend until smooth.
Add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and salt and beat again until well incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a small mold or baking sheet lined with non-stick paper.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before cutting it.
