Falafel in the oven or Air-fryer, a crispy delight with a light profile and high nutritional value!

Ingredients:
250 g chickpeas (soaked for 12 hours or overnight)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch of parsley
3 tbsp oat flakes (or oat flour)
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for spreading)
Execution instructions:
Drain the soaked chickpeas and put them in the multicooker along with the onion, garlic, parsley, oats, and spices.
Beat until a homogeneous mixture with a dough-like texture is created. It does not need to be completely smooth.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Form small round falafels and place them on a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper.
Brush their surface with a little olive oil and bake for 25–30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
