Energy Balls with peanut butter and oats

Energy balls with peanut butter and oats, sugar-free, rich in good fats and fiber.

Ingredients (for ~12 balls):


100 g oat flakes

80 g peanut butter (100% natural)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed

2 tbsp grated walnuts or almonds (optional)

1–2 tbsp water, only if needed for texture



Execution instructions:


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a soft but firm dough forms.


  2. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water. If it is too wet, add a little more oats.


  3. Form small balls with your hands.


  4. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.


  5. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5–6 days.
