Cool yogurt with berries, honey & walnuts – a light and nutritious snack, ideal for breakfast or afternoon indulgence.

Ingredients (1 serving):


1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp grated walnut or almond

(optional) a little cinnamon or lemon zest



Execution instructions:


  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.


  2. Add the berries on top (if frozen, let them soften for 5–10 minutes).


  3. Pour the honey, sprinkle with walnuts and a little cinnamon.


  4. Enjoy immediately!


  5. If you want a more "frozen" texture, you can put it in the freezer for 20 minutes and it will become like frozen yogurt.
